`GET /v1/api-performance/skills`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.lightsage.com`
- URL: `https://api.lightsage.com/v1/api-performance/skills`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Lightsage-Api-Key`

Returns enabled, non-stale skills by default.

## Query parameters

- `source_id` string
- `skill_source_id` string
- `enabled` boolean
- `stale` boolean
