# Run a schedule now

`POST /v1/schedules/{scheduleId}/run`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.usenotra.com`
- URL: `https://api.usenotra.com/v1/schedules/{scheduleId}/run`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Starts one run of an enabled schedule right away, outside its cron timing, as the dashboard's Run now does. Returns 202 with the run's ID; follow it with `GET /v1/schedules/{scheduleId}/runs` until its status leaves `running`. Disabled schedules return 400.

## Other responses

- `400`: Schedule is disabled
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: Schedule not found
- `500`: Internal server error
- `502`: Failed to start the schedule run
- `503`: Authentication service unavailable
