# Ignore or restore a content gap

`PATCH /v1/projects/{projectId}/geo/gaps/{promptId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.usenotra.com`
- URL: `https://api.usenotra.com/v1/projects/{projectId}/geo/gaps/{promptId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Hides a prompt gap from `GET /v1/projects/{projectId}/geo/gaps` and from brief planning, or brings it back. `promptId` is the `id` of a row in `promptGaps`. Ignored gaps are not listed, so keep the id to restore one later. The id is not checked against the gap list.

- UpdateGeoContentGapRequest
  - `ignored` boolean, required: true hides the prompt gap from content gaps and brief planning; false brings it back.
