Proxy the official MCP Registry API to avoid browser CORS restrictions.

Returns a page of MCP servers with: id, name, description, install_command,
homepage. Pass ?cursor=<token> for subsequent pages and ?limit=N (default 20,
max 50). Requires no auth — the registry is public.
