v1.3.0 — "Last X days" project rewind summary.

Returns versions shipped, goal changes, decisions logged, session
summaries, sprint items completed, and task counts for the period.
When a ``token`` query param is supplied, it must match the project's
stored ``rewind_token`` — letting an external link validate ownership
without any other auth (Meridian is local-first; no token = no auth
required, same as every other endpoint).
