# Admin Set Tenant Plan

Set or revoke a tenant's plan by account email (grant the playtester plan).

The ``playtester`` plan is unpaid Pro entitlements with usage still bounded.

Body: ``{"email": ..., "plan": "playtester"|"free"|"standard"|"pro",
"expires_at": "YYYY-MM-DD" | null, "is_internal": false, "confirm": true}``.
``expires_at`` is only for a playtester (omitted keeps its current end date;
null clears it). ``is_internal`` may only be ``false``: it clears the staff
flag when moving a staff account to playtester and is never set here.
Without ``confirm`` nothing is written and the response says what would
change (``applied`` is false); with it the change is applied, idempotent and
audited. The response carries the plan label and any warning (a staff flag
that still exempts the tenant, a tenant with no database yet). A playtester
is refused with 409, preview included, when its database is in a Neon pool
project other tenants use: the message says to reset its provisioning first,
after which its next database is created in a project of its own.

Hosted operator only (admin session + admin password), like
reset-provisioning. See ``meridian/tenant_plan_admin.py``.
