`GET /api/users/{user}/views/{view}`

GetMemoView gets a memo view. Only the owner may call it.

- `view` string, required

OK

- MemoView: MemoView is a user's saved memo filter.
  - `name` string: Identifier. The resource name of the memo view. Format: users/{user}/views/{view}
  - `title` string, required: Required. The title of the memo view.
  - `filter` string, required: Required. The CEL filter expression for the memo view, using the same grammar as the ListMemos `filter` argument. Reuse it by passing this value to ListMemos.
  - `icon` MemoViewIcon
    - `emoji` string: A Unicode emoji sequence.
    - `lucide` string: A canonical Lucide icon name, such as "leaf".
