`POST /api/attachments:batchDelete`

BatchDeleteAttachments deletes up to 100 attachments in one atomic request. The caller must be the uploader of
 each attachment or an admin.

## Request body

- BatchDeleteAttachmentsRequest: Request message for AttachmentService.BatchDeleteAttachments.
  - `names` string[], required: Required. The names of the attachments to delete, at most 100. Duplicate names are ignored. Format: attachments/{attachment}
