# Delete a mailbox

`DELETE /v1/domains/{domain}/mailboxes/{localPart}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.usemektup.com`
- URL: `https://api.usemektup.com/v1/domains/{domain}/mailboxes/{localPart}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Postfix stops accepting mail for it immediately. Does not delete already-delivered mail from the mail store.
