`POST /v1/strategies/{strategy_id}/memory`

Append a note to a strategy's memory. Append-only; no edits.

`role` defaults to "agent" — the typical MCP path. Web/chat-api
callers may pass "user" if they want a note flagged as authored by
a human. The "system" role is reserved for chat-api's
auto-summarization writes (which omit the column and rely on the
default).
