`GET /v1/backtests/{job_id}/results`

Generate presigned S3 URL for backtest results.

All users can access results data (equity curve, metrics, etc.).
Advanced analysis tabs (trades, allocation, analysis) are gated
in the frontend via the feature:full_backtest entitlement.
