Authenticated with the user's normal session. ``eligible`` is
``platform_auth.welcome.welcome_eligibility`` -- the ONE rule
authorize-complete grants on -- so the page never promises a grant the
consent will not write. Never a 5xx into the page: any internal failure
answers ``eligible: false`` (and a malformed id is simply not eligible).

- FirstWeekResponse: ``GET /v1/auth/oauth/connect-attempts/{attempt_id}/first-week`` (connect-onboarding spec 01 §1.4): the consent page's first-week line. ``backtest_runs`` is the free plan's weekly limit plus the bonus delta, computed (50 + 200), never typed. ``ends_at`` is the existing welcome grant's expiry, else ``now + 7 days`` as a preview, and ``null`` when not eligible. ``eligible`` comes from ``platform_auth.welcome .welcome_eligibility`` -- the same rule authorize-complete grants on.
