The go-live Funds verdict for a wallet (spec 08 §3, Q-2592).

``venue_seen`` (Q-2457): whether Hyperliquid knows the wallet at all
(``userRole`` is not ``missing``), so the app shows the Add funds face
before any signature. ``verdict`` is the server's own reading
(``seen`` / ``unseen`` / ``mode_unsupported``), and an unsupported account
mode is a 200 naming it (``account_mode``) rather than a 409.
``account_value_usd`` counts spot USDC too; ``minimum_usd`` is the amount
rule for ``universe_size`` assets. Never guessed: an unreadable venue is a
502 ``venue_check_unavailable``. ``has_deposit`` keeps its meaning
(mode-routed value > 0; null when the mode cannot be valued).

Writes ``account.venue_checked`` (verdict + balance band, no address) to
the product-event spine on every answer, so the funnel's funds verdict
survives a lost browser beacon.
