# Get Account Equity

Observed venue equity for a connected account (deploy-wizard-v2 spec 03 §5).

The value+as-of sibling of the boolean ``check-deposit`` probe, built on
the SAME infrastructure: fresh mode resolution, then the mode-routed
valuation (``get_account_value_for_mode``). Fail-closed on venue trouble —
a 502/409 the client catches to degrade back to the boolean probe; the
endpoint never fabricates or caches a value (funding is advisory, so a
failed read must read as "unavailable", not as a number).

- AccountEquityResponse: Observed venue equity for a connected account (deploy-wizard-v2 spec 03 §5). ``value`` is the mode-routed Hyperliquid account value; ``as_of`` records transport completion (UTC ISO transport timestamp) — a display read served fresh from the venue, never fabricated and never cached server-side. On venue failure the endpoint returns a 502 the client catches to degrade to the boolean ``check-deposit`` probe; it never serves a stand-in value.
