# List workspaces

`GET /workspace`

## Request

List the workspaces where one of the caller's roles grants workspace:read, with the caller's role, sorted by name. Instance admins get every workspace they are a member of, and only those.

  - `name` string, required
  - `slug` string, required
  - `logo` string, nullable, required
  - `description` string, nullable, required
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `role` string, nullable, required: The caller's workspace role: a built-in role (owner, admin, member, viewer) or the name of a custom role defined in the workspace. Several roles are comma-separated, for example owner,viewer. Null when an instance admin views a workspace they are not a member of.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials
- `403`: The API key lacks workspace:read
- `429`: The API key exceeded its rate limit or usage quota. Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After before retrying. The X-RateLimit headers are sent only when the rate limit was hit.
