# Sign out one of your sessions

`DELETE /user/sessions/{sessionId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cloud.kaneo.app/api`
- URL: `https://cloud.kaneo.app/api/user/sessions/{sessionId}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

End another of the current user's sessions by id and close its realtime connections. To end every other session use better-auth's `POST /api/auth/revoke-other-sessions`; to end the current one, sign out.

## Path parameters

- `sessionId` string, required

## Response `200`

Session signed out

- RevokedSessions
  - `revoked` integer, required: Number of sessions that were signed out.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Authenticated with an API key
- `404`: No such session for this user
- `409`: The session is the one making the request
- `429`: The API key exceeded its rate limit or usage quota. Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After before retrying. The X-RateLimit headers are sent only when the rate limit was hit.
