# Clear read notifications

`DELETE /notification/clear-read`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://cloud.kaneo.app/api`
- URL: `https://cloud.kaneo.app/api/notification/clear-read`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Permanently delete the current user's accessible read notifications, optionally limited to one workspace. Resource notifications require current read permission and API key scope. Unread notifications are kept. This cannot be undone.

## Query parameters

- `workspaceId` string: Limit notifications to resources currently in this workspace, plus user-wide notifications with no resource. Omit to include all workspaces.

## Response `200`

Read notifications cleared

- NotificationBulkResult
  - `success` boolean, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials
- `429`: The API key exceeded its rate limit or usage quota. Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After before retrying. The X-RateLimit headers are sent only when the rate limit was hit.
