# Mark notification unread

`PATCH /notification/{id}/unread`

## Request

Mark one notification as unread again. Only the current user's notifications with current resource read permission and API key scope are accessible.

  - `content` string, nullable, required: Free-text body. Null for generated notifications, whose text the client renders from type and eventData.
  - `type` string, required: One of: info, task_created, workspace_created, task_status_changed, task_assignee_changed, time_entry_created, due_date_reminder, task_overdue, task_mention, task_comment.
  - `eventData` unknown
  - `isRead` boolean, nullable, required
  - `resourceId` string, nullable, required: The id of the task or workspace the notification points at.
  - `resourceType` string, nullable, required: `task` or `workspace`.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid credentials
- `404`: Notification not found
- `429`: The API key exceeded its rate limit or usage quota. Wait the number of seconds in Retry-After before retrying. The X-RateLimit headers are sent only when the rate limit was hit.
