# Suppress identifiers in bulk

`POST /orgs/suppressions/bulk`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.useinvent.com`
- URL: `https://api.useinvent.com/orgs/suppressions/bulk`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add many emails or phone numbers to the org suppression list at once. Contacts are never created or modified.

## Request body

- CreateSuppressionsSchema: Schema for suppressing many identifiers at once
  - `reason` 'BOUNCE' | 'COMPLAINT' | 'UNSUBSCRIBE' | 'MANUAL' | 'LEGAL': Why these are suppressed (default MANUAL).
  - `identifiers` SuppressionOptionSchema[], required: The identifiers, one per row.
    - `channel` 'EMAIL' | 'PHONE', required: The channel an identifier is suppressed on
    - `identifier` string, required: The email or phone number to suppress

## Response `200`

- SuppressionsImportedSchema: Result of a bulk suppression import
  - `created` number, required
  - `skipped` number, required
  - `invalid` SuppressionInvalidSchema[], required
    - `index` number, required: Position of the identifier in the submitted array
    - `identifier` SuppressionOptionSchema, required: A single identifier to suppress
      - `channel` 'EMAIL' | 'PHONE', required: The channel an identifier is suppressed on
      - `identifier` string, required: The email or phone number to suppress
    - `reason` 'INVALID_EMAIL' | 'INVALID_PHONE' | 'MISSING_IDENTIFIER', required: Why an imported identifier was rejected
