# Get lists

`GET /lists`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.usecrouton.com`
- URL: `https://api.usecrouton.com/lists`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
- TypeScript: <https://skmtc.dev/usecrouton/apis/crouton-api/docs/lists/get.ts> (a function with typed inputs; its response is checked against the schema)

Returns the lists this API key can read, with cursor-based pagination. Keys without an associated user read lists shared with the whole organization; keys with an associated user read every list that user can read.

## Response `200`

A page of lists.

## Other responses

- `400`: 400
- `401`: Missing, invalid, revoked, or expired API key.
- `403`: API key lacks the required resource or access level.
- `404`: 404
- `422`: 422
