# SEC EDGAR Filing Events Search

`POST /us/sec/filing-events-search/v1`

## Request

Search every event filing on EDGAR since 2020: 8-K current reports with their items (bankruptcy, acquisition completed, delisting notice, officer change, ...), mergers and tender offers (S-4, F-4, 425, merger proxies), delistings and deregistrations (25-NSE, 15-12B), registrations and listings (S-1, F-1, 8-A), late-filing notices and Schedule 13D stakes. Filter by filer name, CIK, event type, form, 8-K item and filing dates; each event comes with the filer's EIN, state of incorporation and tickers. Newest first, pages of up to 50. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), brought up to date daily.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `form` string: Tipo de formulario exactamente como lo escribe EDGAR, p. ej. `8-K`, `S-4`, `25-NSE`, `SC 13D` (opcional).
  - `item` string: Ítem del 8-K, p. ej. `3.01` (aviso de exclusión de cotización) o `5.02` (cambio de directivos) (opcional).
  - `filed_from` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `filed_to` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Resultados por página (1-50).
