# SEC Crowdfunding Search

`POST /us/sec-offerings/crowdfunding-search/v1`

Search every Regulation Crowdfunding filing since 2016 (Form C offerings, amendments, progress updates, annual reports, terminations and withdrawals) by free text over the issuer, its co-issuers, its funding portal and its signers, by issuer CIK, offering file number, form type, state, funding portal, most recent revenue, target amount and filing dates. Each filing carries the offering's terms and two years of the issuer's financials. Newest first, pages of up to 50. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), brought up to date as the SEC publishes each quarter.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.
