# SEC Crowdfunding Offering

`POST /us/sec-offerings/crowdfunding-offering/v1`

Every filing of one Regulation Crowdfunding offering, by its SEC file number (`020-`), oldest first: the Form C, its amendments and progress updates, the issuer's annual reports and its termination. Follow one raise from launch to close. `found: false` when no filing carries the number. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), brought up to date as the SEC publishes each quarter.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.
