# SEC Form 13F Filings Search

`POST /us/sec-13f/filings-search/v1`

Search every Form 13F filed with the SEC since 2013 (the quarterly report of what an institutional manager holds in US public equities) by free text over the manager's name, by manager CIK or CRD, state, the quarter reported and the minimum total value of the positions. Newest quarter first, pages of up to 50. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `manager_cik` string: CIK del emisor en EDGAR, con o sin ceros a la izquierda (opcional).

  - `period_from` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `period_to` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `min_value` number: Monto mínimo en dólares (opcional).
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Resultados por página (1-50).

      - `is_amendment` boolean, required: The filing amends an earlier one for the same quarter.

      - `amendment_type` string, nullable, required: `RESTATEMENT` or `NEW HOLDINGS`, when the filing is an amendment.

      - `confidential_omitted` boolean, nullable, required: The manager omitted holdings under a confidential treatment request.

      - `filing_url` string, required: Where the filing sits on EDGAR.
