# OECE Process by OCID

`POST /pe/oece/process/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.croma.run`
- URL: `https://api.croma.run/pe/oece/process/v1`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Resolve one Peruvian public-procurement procedure (SEACE, published by OECE) by its OCDS id and return the full record: buyer, estimated value, items with their stage, bidding documents, awards with suppliers, and contracts. `found: false` when there is no procedure with that id. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), covering procedures published from 2020.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.
