`POST /mx/cnbv/regulations/v1`

The CNBV's current regulatory catalog (~113 normas: leyes, disposiciones de carácter general including the Circular Única de Bancos, circulares, acuerdos, reglas), each with type, DOF publication date, applicable sectors, and the official PDF. Optional `query` filters by name. Paged, 50 per page. Norms with a `regulation_id` have modification history via `cnbv-regulation-history`.

  - `query` string: Optional name filter (case- and accent-insensitive substring).
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.

      - `regulation_id` string, nullable, required: Stable numeric id (as string) used by the history endpoint; null when the norm has no modification history.

      - `dof_date` string, nullable, required: Null when the catalog lists "No aplica".
      - `sectors` string[], required: Financial sectors the norm applies to (e.g. "Sector Bancario").

## Other responses
