# GLEIF Entities Search

`POST /global/gleif/entities-search/v1`

## Request

Search every Legal Entity Identifier record in the world, about 3.4 million, by name (legal, trading, previous and transliterated names). Filter by legal-address country, legal jurisdiction (e.g. `US-DE`), business register and the number the entity is registered under there (a Delaware file number, a Sunbiz document number, a NIT), category and entity or registration status. By legal name, pages of up to 50. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), brought up to date three times a day.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.
