# Supersociedades Insolvency Processes Search

`POST /co/supersociedades/insolvency-processes-search/v1`

Every insolvency process a company reports in its annual filings with the Superintendencia de Sociedades (reorganización, liquidación judicial, acuerdos de reestructuración, concordatos, liquidación obligatoria, validación judicial), searchable by NIT, company name, process type, whether still open and admission date range. Each result is one process as the latest filing reports it: type, stage, origin, admission and closing dates. Most recently admitted first. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `document_number` string: Optional Colombian NIT (numeric, no verification digit) to restrict the search to one company.
  - `query` string: Optional words matched against the company name (razón social) as filed.
  - `process_type` 'any' | 'reorganizacion' | 'liquidacion_judicial' | 'acuerdos_de_reestructuracion' | 'concordatos' | 'liquidacion_obligatoria' | 'validacion': Optional process type: `reorganizacion`, `liquidacion_judicial`, `acuerdos_de_reestructuracion` (Ley 550), `concordatos`, `liquidacion_obligatoria`, `validacion` (validación judicial de acuerdos), or `any`.
  - `active_only` boolean: `true` returns only processes with no closing date reported.
  - `admitted_from` string: Optional earliest admission date, `yyyy-mm-dd`, inclusive.
  - `admitted_to` string: Optional latest admission date, `yyyy-mm-dd`, inclusive.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-100).

      - `process` string, required: The process type as the Superintendencia names it: `REORGANIZACION`, `LIQUIDACION JUDICIAL`, `ACUERDOS DE REESTRUCTURACION`, `CONCORDATOS`, `LIQUIDACION OBLIGATORIA CREDITOS`, `VALIDACION`.
      - `stage` string, nullable, required: Stage as reported, e.g. `CELEBRADO`, `FIRMADO`, `AUTORIZADO`; null when the filing leaves it blank.
      - `origin` string, nullable, required: How the process began, as reported, e.g. `POR SOLICITUD DEL DEUDOR`, `DE OFICIO`.
      - `admission_date` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the process was admitted.
      - `closing_date` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the process closed; null while open.
      - `active` boolean, required: True while the latest filing reports no closing date.
      - `reported_at` string, required: The corte of the latest filing that reports the process.
      - `reported_in_year` integer, required: Fiscal year of that filing.
      - `filing_id` string, nullable, required: Número de radicado of that filing.
