# Supersociedades Filing Disclosures

`POST /co/supersociedades/filing-disclosures/v1`

The disclosure notes of one filing with the Superintendencia de Sociedades, by NIT and fiscal year (the latest by default), whole: property, plant and equipment, intangibles, leases, payables and receivables by age, revenue by activity, expenses, provisions, impairment, biological assets, investment property, the anti-money-laundering questionnaire of the Circular Básica Jurídica (five yes/no answers, also lifted as fields), and a parent's consolidated summary. Each note keeps every concept and member as filed. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `document_number` string, required: Colombian NIT (numeric, no verification digit). 4-15 digits.
  - `fiscal_year` integer: Optional fiscal year of the filing to read (2016 or later). 0 reads the latest filing.
  - `statement_type` 'preferred' | 'individual' | 'separado' | 'consolidado' | 'combinado': Which filing of the year to read: `preferred` (the individual books when filed, else the separado, else the consolidado), or one of `individual`, `separado`, `consolidado`, `combinado`.

      - `cutoff_date` string, required: The corte, `yyyy-mm-dd`; December 31 for an annual filing.
      - `filing_id` string, nullable, required: Número de radicado of the filing. Numbers grow with time, so the highest one held for a corte is what a refresh reads above.
      - `statement_type` 'individual' | 'separado' | 'consolidado' | 'combinado', nullable, required: What the filing covers: `individual`, `separado`, `consolidado` or `combinado`.
      - `niif_group` 'plenas' | 'pymes', nullable, required: Reporting framework: `plenas` (group 1) or `pymes` (group 2).
      - `preferred` boolean, required: True for the one filing that stands for the company in that fiscal year: the individual books when filed, else the separado, else the consolidado, latest radicado first. Searches return preferred filings unless asked otherwise.
      - `notes` object[], required: Every disclosure note the filing carries, whole: property, plant and equipment, intangibles, leases, payables, receivables, revenue by activity, expenses, provisions, impairment, biological assets, investment property, the AML questionnaire.
        - `kind` string, required: Which note this is, as Croma names it, e.g. `property_plant_equipment`.
        - `form` string, required: The form's title as the taxonomy prints it.
        - `code` string, nullable, required: The form's code in the taxonomy, e.g. `801900`.
        - `scalars` object[], required: Facts filed without a dimension member: totals, yes/no answers, free text.
          - `concept` string, required: The concept as the taxonomy names it, e.g. `NombreAccionistaSocio`.
          - `label` string, nullable, required: The concept's label in the form, when the filing carries it.

      - `aml_virtual_asset_operations` boolean, nullable, required: Cap. X: it carried out operations with virtual assets of 100 SMLMV or more on behalf of others.
      - `aml_international_transactions` boolean, nullable, required: Cap. XIII: it carried out international transactions of 100 SMLMV or more.
      - `aml_state_contracts` boolean, nullable, required: Cap. XIII: it signed contracts with state entities of 500 SMLMV or more.
