`POST /co/supersociedades-relatoria/notice/v1`

One notice of the Superintendencia de Sociedades' portal by its identifier, with its text and our copy of its files. Served by Croma from its copy.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.
