# Supersociedades Relatoría Search

`POST /co/supersociedades-relatoria/documents-search/v1`

The Superintendencia de Sociedades' conceptos jurídicos (since 1993) and the sentencias of its Delegatura de Procedimientos Mercantiles, searchable by words over the title, subject and full text, by kind, thesaurus descriptor, subject, party NIT or cédula, radicado, case number, year and date. Each result carries the descriptors, the parties and the dates; the `document` endpoint returns the full text, the legal sources, the problemas jurídicos and the sentencia's parts. Served by Croma from its copy (`as_of` says how current it is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `content_type` 'any' | 'legal_opinion' | 'ruling' | 'oral_ruling' | 'topic': Optional kind of document: `legal_opinion` (concepto jurídico), `ruling` (sentencia escrita), `oral_ruling` (sentencia en audiencia), `topic` (tema y problema), or `any`.
  - `descriptor` string: Optional main descriptor of the relatoría's thesaurus, exactly as it prints it, e.g. `Administradores`.
  - `subject` string: Optional tema exactly as the relatoría names it, e.g. `Responsabilidad de los administradores`.
  - `party_document_number` string: Optional NIT or cédula of the company or person the publication is about, digits only.
  - `consecutive` string: Optional consecutivo of the concepto or sentencia, `nnn-nnnnnn`, e.g. `220-001087`.
  - `filing_id` string: Optional número de radicado, `yyyy-01-nnnnnn`.
  - `case_number` string: Optional número de proceso as the Superintendencia prints it, e.g. `2019-800-00212`.
  - `year` integer: Optional year (1990 or later). 0 searches every year.
  - `from_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `to_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Rows per page, 1-100.

      - `decided_date` string, nullable, required: Date of the sentencia or of the concepto, `yyyy-mm-dd`.
      - `year` integer, nullable, required: Year of the expediente.
      - `legal_basis` string, nullable, required: Normatividad the relatoría names as the basis of the decision.
      - `modified_date` string, nullable, required: When the relatoría last edited the document, `yyyy-mm-dd`; null on documents it never re-edited.
      - `descriptors` string[], required: Main descriptors of the relatoría's thesaurus, e.g. `Administradores`.
