`POST /co/supersociedades-baranda/publication/v1`

One radicado as the Superintendencia de Sociedades published it on its Baranda Virtual: every list it appeared under (estado, traslado, aviso, ...), with the trámite, the dates, the company or person it is about, the source's viewer link and our copy of its files. Served by Croma from its copy of the publications since 2024.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

      - `filed_date` string, required: Date of the publication, `yyyy-mm-dd`.
      - `filed_at` string, nullable, required: Date and time of the publication in Bogotá time, when the source stamps one.
      - `term_days` integer, nullable, required: Término in days, as the source prints it.

      - `procedure` string, nullable, required: Trámite as the source names it.
      - `procedure_code` integer, nullable, required: The trámite's numeric code at the source.
