# Supersociedades Decisions Search

Search the full text of the autos (court orders) the Superintendencia de Sociedades notifies in its daily estados since 2024: procedimientos mercantiles (corporate and commercial disputes, where it acts as a court), reorganización, liquidación judicial, intervención and its six intendencias regionales. Use it to find how the Superintendencia has recently ruled on a legal issue (write `query` in Spanish legal wording, e.g. `levantamiento de medidas cautelares poseedor`, `nulidad por indebida notificación`, `desestimación de la personalidad jurídica`), to follow every decision in a company's insolvency by NIT, or to read a day's estados without opening PDFs (`from_date` = `to_date`). Each result is one auto, newest notified first: the company or parties, the process, the asunto, the expediente and case number, the court officer, the dates, the estado line that notified it, the opening of what it orders, and our copy of the PDF. Results carry no full text: call `supersociedades_baranda_decision` with a result's `filing_id` to read the reasoning. Served by Croma from its copy (`as_of` says how current it is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `query` string: Optional words matched against the full text of each auto (the antecedentes, the Superintendencia's reasoning and what it orders), the company or parties, the asunto and the estado line, in Spanish, e.g. `levantamiento medidas cautelares poseedor` or `nulidad por indebida notificación`. Results stay newest first.
  - `document_number` string: Optional NIT or cédula of the company or person the process is about, digits only, no verification digit. Autos of procedimientos mercantiles name parties instead; search those with `query`.
  - `dependency` 'any' | 'apoyoJudicialPM' | 'apoyoJudicialR' | 'apoyoJudicialL' | 'apoyoJudicialI' | 'barranquillaNew' | 'bucaramangaNew' | 'caliNew' | 'cartagenaNew' | 'manizalesNew' | 'medellinNew': Optional dependencia that notified the auto: `apoyoJudicialPM` (procedimientos mercantiles: corporate disputes, shareholder actions, piercing the corporate veil, the Superintendencia acting as a commercial court), `apoyoJudicialR` (reorganización), `apoyoJudicialL` (liquidación judicial), `apoyoJudicialI` (intervención), an intendencia regional (`barranquillaNew`, `bucaramangaNew`, `caliNew`, `cartagenaNew`, `manizalesNew`, `medellinNew`), or `any`.
  - `case_number` string: Optional número de proceso exactly as the auto prints it, e.g. `2024-800-00267` (procedimientos mercantiles) or `2024-INS-3404`.
  - `file_number` string: Optional expediente (process file) number as the source prints it.
  - `from_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `to_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Rows per page, 1-100.
