# Supersociedades Decision

`POST /co/supersociedades-baranda/decision/v1`

One auto (court order) of the Superintendencia de Sociedades by its radicado, with its full text: the antecedentes, the Superintendencia's reasoning with the norms and precedents it cites, and what it orders, plus the company or parties, the process, the expediente, the court officer, the dates, the estado that notified it and our copy of the PDF. Use it after `supersociedades_baranda_decisions_search` to read a decision worth citing, or with a radicado taken from an estado. Served by Croma from its copy of the autos notified since 2024.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

      - `decided_date` string, nullable, required: Date of the auto as the estado prints it, `yyyy-mm-dd`.
      - `decided_at` string, nullable, required: Date and time the auto was signed, in Bogotá time, when the auto carries the filing stamp (most since mid 2024; never on procedimientos mercantiles).
      - `notified_date` string, required: Date of the estado that notified the auto, `yyyy-mm-dd`. Terms run from the day after.
      - `estado_filing_id` string, required: Radicado of the estado that notified the auto; the `publication` endpoint returns it.
      - `estado_sequence` string, nullable, required: Consecutivo of that estado, e.g. `415-000374`.
      - `estado_entry` string, nullable, required: The estado's line for this auto, as printed: for procedimientos mercantiles the case number, the decision, the plaintiff and the defendant; for insolvency, the company and the trámite.
      - `dependency` 'apoyoJudicialPM' | 'apoyoJudicialR' | 'apoyoJudicialL' | 'apoyoJudicialI' | 'barranquillaNew' | 'bucaramangaNew' | 'caliNew' | 'cartagenaNew' | 'manizalesNew' | 'medellinNew', required: The dependencia that notified it: `apoyoJudicialPM` (procedimientos mercantiles, the Superintendencia acting as a commercial court), `apoyoJudicialR` (reorganización), `apoyoJudicialL` (liquidación judicial), `apoyoJudicialI` (intervención), or an intendencia regional (`barranquillaNew`, `bucaramangaNew`, `caliNew`, `cartagenaNew`, `manizalesNew`, `medellinNew`).

      - `company_document_number` string, nullable, required: NIT or cédula of that company or person, digits only, when the auto prints it.
      - `parties` string, nullable, required: Procedimientos mercantiles: the parties as the auto prints them, `<plaintiff> contra <defendant>`.
      - `process` string, nullable, required: The process as the auto names it, e.g. `Liquidación judicial`, `Reorganización empresarial`, `Proceso verbal sumario`.
      - `subject` string, nullable, required: Asunto: what the auto is about, in the Superintendencia's words, e.g. `Resuelve solicitud de nulidad`.
      - `file_number` string, nullable, required: Expediente number as the auto prints it.
      - `case_number` string, nullable, required: Número de proceso as the auto prints it, e.g. `2024-800-00267` (procedimientos mercantiles) or `2024-INS-3404`.
      - `officer_role` string, nullable, required: The court officer's role as the auto prints it: liquidador, promotor, agente interventor, auxiliar de la justicia.
      - `officer` string, nullable, required: The court officer's name.
      - `procedure` string, nullable, required: Trámite of the auto at the source, from its filing stamp.
      - `procedure_code` integer, nullable, required: The trámite's numeric code at the source.
      - `office` string, nullable, required: The group that issued the auto, from its filing stamp, e.g. `444 - GRUPO DE PROCESOS DE LIQUIDACION A`.
      - `sequence` string, nullable, required: Consecutivo of the auto, from its filing stamp, e.g. `444-054899`.
      - `pages` integer, nullable, required: Pages of the auto.
      - `decision` string, nullable, required: What the auto orders: the part after RESUELVE, up to the signature.
      - `document_url` string, nullable, required: Our copy of the auto's PDF; null while the source has not digitized it.
      - `documents` object[], required: Every file the source lists for the auto (the auto and any annex), with our copy of each.
        - `name` string, required: The file name as the source lists it, e.g. `2026-01-706561.PDF`.
        - `document_url` string, nullable, required: Our copy of the file; null when the source lists the file but does not serve it.
        - `source_document_url` string, nullable, required: The source's own viewer link for the radicado.
        - `bytes` integer, nullable, required: Size of our copy in bytes.
      - `text` string, required: The auto's full text: antecedentes, the Superintendencia's reasoning and the decision.
      - `text_truncated` boolean, required: True when `text` was cut at 400,000 characters.
