# Supersociedades Company Search

`POST /co/supersociedades-baranda/company-search/v1`

## Request

Companies and persons the Superintendencia de Sociedades holds a file on, by words of their name or sigla, read live from its Baranda Virtual: NIT, name, type, supervision standing, situation, stage, activity and domicile of each match. Asynchronous: the source needs a verification per session.

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

  - `query` string, required: Words of the company's name (razón social) or sigla, at least 3 characters.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Rows per page, 1-100.
  - `callback_url` string, uri: POST the job result here when it finishes.

      - `situation` string, nullable, required: Situación as the source prints it, e.g. `ACTIVA`, `LIQUIDACIÓN VOLUNTARIA`, `REORGANIZACIÓN`.

## Other responses

- `202`: Accepted — the result is being computed asynchronously. Poll `job.status_url` (GET /jobs/{id}) or supply `callback_url` to have the result POSTed to you. Returned when `Prefer: wait` elapses before completion, or immediately when `callback_url` is set.
- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
