# Superfinanciera Regulations Search

`POST /co/superfinanciera/regulations-search/v1`

Search every Circular Externa, Carta Circular and Resolución the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia has issued since 2005, across all kinds and years at once. Filter by free text over the official description, by `kind`, `year`, exact `number` (with or without leading zeros), the `bulletin` it was published in, and the date it was issued (`issued_from`/`issued_to`). Results come back newest first with the Superintendencia's own description of what each act does and a link to the act itself. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `query` string: Optional search terms matched against the official description of the act and its number.
  - `kind` 'any' | 'circular_externa' | 'carta_circular' | 'resolucion': Kind of act: `circular_externa` (binding instructions), `carta_circular` (informative), `resolucion` (administrative act), or `any`.
  - `year` integer: Optional year the act was issued (2005 or later). 0 searches every year.
  - `number` string: Optional act number, with or without leading zeros (`7`, `007`, `1195`). A few acts carry a written number, e.g. `Conjunta 002`.
  - `bulletin` string: Optional issue number of the Boletín del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público the act was published in.
  - `issued_from` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `issued_to` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-50).

On the two occasions in twenty years where the register printed the same number twice in one year, the bulletin is appended to both (`res:2010:2484:b192`).

      - `number` string, required: The number as the register prints it, leading zeros included: "007", "56", "1195". A handful are written out, e.g. "Conjunta 002" for a circular issued jointly with another superintendencia.
      - `number_key` string, required: The number in the canonical form the `id` uses: lowercased, leading zeros dropped, anything but letters and digits collapsed to a hyphen ("007" becomes "7", "Conjunta 002" becomes "conjunta-002"). Filter on this to match an act whether the caller writes the zeros or not.
      - `year` number, required: Year the act was issued, 2005 or later.
      - `issued_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the act is dated. Null on the few rows where the register prints a date this connector will not guess at rather than inventing one.
      - `title` string, required: The act as it is cited, e.g. "Circular Externa 007 de 2026".
      - `description` string, required: What the act does, in the Superintendencia's own words. This is the official one-line summary the register publishes, not a generated one.
      - `bulletin` string, nullable, required: Issue number of the Boletín del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Capítulo Superintendencia Financiera, where the act was published. Null when the register lists none.
      - `document_url` string, nullable, required: Address of the act itself. Null on the few entries the register lists without a file. The format follows the era: PDF for recent acts, Word for the oldest ones.
      - `attachments` object[], required: Anexos and other files the register links from the description. Empty when there are none.
        - `label` string, required: How the register names the file, e.g. "Anexo".
        - `url` string, required: Address the register links it at.
      - `official_url` string, required: The register page the act is listed on.
