# Superfinanciera Complaints

`POST /co/superfinanciera/complaints/v1`

## Request

Return the action history of a specific jurisdictional complaint filed against a person or entity at Colombia's Superfinanciera.

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

## Request body

- object
  - `document_number` string, required: Document or NIT of the complainant.
  - `filing_number` string, required: 10-digit filing number (numeroRadicacion) assigned by Superfinanciera when the complaint was filed.
  - `callback_url` string, uri: POST the job result here when it finishes.

    - `actions` object[], required: The complaint's action history (actuaciones), one entry per step.
      - `action_date` string, nullable, required: Date of the action (yyyy-mm-dd), or null when the source prints none.
      - `record_id` string, required: The action record id, e.g. "2024051440-001-000".
      - `party` string, required: Party or office involved in the action (petitioner, court unit, or entity).
      - `action` string, required: The action performed, e.g. "AUTO ADMISORIO VERBAL SUMARIO".
      - `attachments` string, nullable, required: Documents filed with the action, or null.
      - `annexes` string, nullable, required: Annexes to the action, or null.

## Other responses

- `202`: Accepted — the result is being computed asynchronously. Poll `job.status_url` (GET /jobs/{id}) or supply `callback_url` to have the result POSTed to you. Returned when `Prefer: wait` elapses before completion, or immediately when `callback_url` is set.
- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
