# Colombia Procedures Search

`POST /co/suit/procedures-search/v1`

Search every procedure (trámite) Colombia's public entities offer in the national register of procedures (SUIT), national and territorial. Free text matches the name, the entity, the purpose and the full information, requirements and fees included. Filter by `order` (`national` or `territorial`), `entity_code`, and the DANE `department_code` and `municipality_code`. Each result links to the procedure on gov.co. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `query` string: Optional search terms matched against the procedure's name, the entity, its purpose and its full content (requirements, fees, steps, channels).
  - `order` 'any' | 'national' | 'territorial': Optional: `national` for procedures of national entities, `territorial` for departments, districts and municipalities, `any` for both.
  - `entity_code` string: Optional: only procedures of the entity with this code, as `entity_code` gives it in a result (e.g. `5396` for the Registraduría).
  - `department_code` string: Optional: two-digit DANE code of the entity's department, e.g. `05` for Antioquia, `11` for Bogotá.
  - `municipality_code` string: Optional: five-digit DANE code of the entity's municipality, e.g. `11001` for Bogotá, `05001` for Medellín.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-50).

      - `online` string, nullable, required: Whether the procedure can be done online: "TOTALMENTE", "PARCIALMENTE" or "NO".
      - `online_url` string, nullable, required: Where the procedure is done online, when it can be.
      - `manual_url` string, nullable, required: The user manual for doing the procedure online, when there is one.
      - `entity_url` string, nullable, required: The website of the entity that offers the procedure.
      - `modified_at` string, nullable, required: When the procedure's information was last updated in the register, ISO 8601.
      - `created_at` string, nullable, required: When this version of the procedure's information was created, ISO 8601.
      - `official_url` string, required: The procedure on gov.co, the state's portal.
