# SIMEV Issuer Shareholders

`POST /co/simev/shareholders/v1`

Principal shareholders a Colombian securities issuer reported to the Superintendencia Financiera, by NIT: each holder's identity document, name, nationality, shares and share per class (ordinary, privileged, preferred) at a June or December cut-off, plus the issuer's share register summary. Latest cut-off by default, or a given one; every cut-off on record is listed. Covers the roughly 110 registered issuers with a published list, most of the country's banks among them. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is), brought up to date weekly.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `cutoff_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
