# SICAAC Insolvency Cases

`POST /co/sicaac/insolvency-cases/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.croma.run`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Look up Colombian natural-person insolvency cases by document number. `document_type` defaults to `CC` (Cédula de Ciudadanía).

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

## Request body

- object
  - `document_type` 'CC' | 'CE' | 'TI' | 'RC' | 'PA' | 'NIT' | 'NA' | 'NIE' | 'DEC': Colombian document type. Defaults to `CC`.
  - `document_number` string, required: Document number (alphanumeric with hyphens allowed).
  - `callback_url` string, uri: POST the job result here when it finishes.

    - `document_type_label` string, required: Human label for the document type.
    - `document_number` string, required: The queried document number, echoed back.
    - `cases` object[], required: Insolvency cases on record; empty when there are none.
      - `entity_name` string, required: The conciliation centre or entity handling the case.
      - `party_type` string, required: How the person takes part (e.g. "Solicitante").
      - `request_date` string, nullable, required: Filing date (yyyy-mm-dd), or null when the source omits it.

## Other responses

- `202`: Accepted — the result is being computed asynchronously. Poll `job.status_url` (GET /jobs/{id}) or supply `callback_url` to have the result POSTed to you. Returned when `Prefer: wait` elapses before completion, or immediately when `callback_url` is set.
- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
