# SIC Filing

`POST /co/sic-tramites/case/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.croma.run`
- URL: `https://api.croma.run/co/sic-tramites/case/v1`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Read one filing (radicado) at Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), the way one of its parties reads it: give the `year` and `case_number` of the radicado (plus `case_control` when it has one) and the `document_type` and `document_number` of one of its parties. Returns every action (consecutivo) with its procedure (trámite), event, action, direction, date and sender or addressee, plus the administrative acts (autos, sentencias, resoluciones) issued in the filing. With `include_documents` (the default) every document of every action and every act is returned with `document_url`, a stored byte-identical copy, and `source_document_url`; this can take a few minutes, so set `include_documents: false` when only the actions are needed. `document_type` defaults to `NIT`. `found: false` when the filing does not exist or the document is not one of its parties': the Superintendencia does not tell the two apart.

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

## Headers

- `Idempotency-Key` string
- `Prefer` string

## Request body

- object
  - `year` integer, required: Year of the filing (radicado), four digits, e.g. `2025`.
  - `case_number` string, required: Number of the filing (número de radicado) without the year, e.g. `194793`.
  - `case_control` string: Optional control characters of the filing (control radicado), up to 2. Most filings have none.
  - `document_type` 'CC' | 'CE' | 'NIT' | 'PA' | 'TI' | 'RC' | 'PEP' | 'PPT': Colombian document type. Defaults to `NIT`.
  - `document_number` string, required: Document number (alphanumeric with hyphens allowed).
  - `include_documents` boolean: When true (the default), every document of the filing is returned with a `document_url` to a stored copy. Set to `false` for the actions alone, which answers much faster.
  - `cache` boolean: Set to `false` to skip any stored result for this lookup and read the source again. The fresh answer replaces the stored one and is charged as a new request. Default `true`.
  - `callback_url` string, uri: POST the job result here when it finishes.
