# SIC Legal Bulletin Item

`POST /co/sic-normativa/bulletin/v1`

Retrieve one item of the Boletín Jurídico of Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), or one of its conceptos, by its `id` from a search result or its `official_url`: its section, area, tags, date, the Superintendencia's summary, Croma's copy of the underlying document and the link to the item on its site.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

      - `section` 'bulletin' | 'opinion', required: `bulletin` for an item of the Boletín Jurídico (a decision or a concept the Oficina Asesora Jurídica highlights); `opinion` for one of the conceptos it publishes alongside.
      - `title` string, required: The item's title.
      - `topic` string, nullable, required: The Superintendencia's area the item belongs to, e.g. "Protección al Consumidor", "Asuntos Jurisdiccionales", "Propiedad Industrial".
      - `topic_key` string, nullable, required: `topic` in canonical form, which is what the `topic` filter matches.
      - `tags` string[], required: The tags the Superintendencia gives the item, e.g. "Información engañosa", "Habeas data". Empty when it gives none.
      - `published_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the Superintendencia published the item.
      - `summary` string, nullable, required: The Superintendencia's summary of the decision or concept.
      - `official_url` string, required: The item on the Superintendencia's site.
      - `document_url` string, nullable, required: Croma's copy of the underlying decision or concept (its PDF), byte for byte as the Superintendencia published it. Null when the item carries no file.
      - `source_document_url` string, nullable, required: The underlying document on the Superintendencia's own site.
      - `documents` object[], required: Every file the Superintendencia attached to the item.
        - `name` string, required: The file name as the Superintendencia published it.
        - `format` string, required: The file's format from its name: `pdf`, `docx`, `xlsx`, ...
        - `document_url` string, nullable, required: Croma's copy of the file, byte for byte as the Superintendencia published it. Null when its link no longer answers.
        - `source_document_url` string, required: The file on the Superintendencia's own site.
        - `bytes` number, nullable, required: Size of the file in bytes, when the copy was made.
