# SAMAI Processes

`POST /co/samai/processes/v1`

Search live contentious-administrative processes (Consejo de Estado plus every Tribunal and Juzgado Administrativo) by party, radicado, or class, scoped to a corporación. Returns one page of matches with the reporting magistrate, class, filing date, parties and the official detail link. A `parte` or `clase` search requires `corporacion`: use 1100103 for the Consejo de Estado, or get a Tribunal or Juzgado code from SAMAI Corporaciones first. A `radicado` search derives the corporación from the radicado when none is given.

  - `search_type` 'radicado' | 'clase' | 'parte': Search by `parte` (party name), `radicado` (case number), or `clase` (process class).
  - `query` string, required: The value to search for: a party name (`parte`), a radicado, or a process class.
  - `corporacion` string: Corporación (despacho) code to scope the search, e.g. `1100103` for the Consejo de Estado. Required for party/class searches; for a radicado search it is inferred when omitted. List codes with the corporaciones catalog.
  - `section` string: Optional sección (chamber) code to narrow the search.
  - `from_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `to_date` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-50).

      - `plaintiff` string, nullable, required: Plaintiff party name(s).
      - `defendant` string, nullable, required: Defendant party name(s).
      - `is_private` boolean, required: Reserved / restricted process — party detail withheld at the source.
      - `guid` string, nullable, required: Opaque detail key (radicado + corporación code).
      - `official_url` string, nullable, required: Official public detail URL; null when not provided.
