--- title: "INVIMA Registrations Search" method: POST path: "/co/invima/registrations-search/v1" tags: ["Colombia", "INVIMA"] --- # INVIMA Registrations Search `POST /co/invima/registrations-search/v1` ## Request - Base URL: `https://api.croma.run` - URL: `https://api.croma.run/co/invima/registrations-search/v1` - Auth: HTTP bearer Search every sanitary registration (registro sanitario) and mandatory notification (NSO) INVIMA, Colombia's food and drug authority, has issued or let expire: about 385,000 across medicines, food and drinks, cosmetics, medical devices, diagnostic reagents, supplements, biologicals and more. Free text matches the product names, the holder and the companies and people in every role. Filter by `registration_number` (any spelling), `holder` (matched from the start), `product_group` (e.g. `MEDICAMENTOS`, `COSMETICOS`), `status` (`vigente` or `vencido`) and the expiry date (`expires_from`/`expires_to`). Each result carries the number, dates, holder, every product name and every party. Read one registration with `invima_registration`. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is). **Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`. ## Headers - `Idempotency-Key` string ## Request body - object - `query` string: Optional search terms matched against the product names, the holder and the companies and people in every role of the registration. - `registration_number` string: Optional registration or notification number in any spelling, e.g. `INVIMA 2020M-0019848`, `2020M-0019848` or `NSO-PC-C 32.233 -VE`. Spaces, hyphens, dots and case are ignored. - `holder` string: Optional holder (titular) of the registration, matched from the start. Case and accents are ignored. - `product_group` string: Optional product group as INVIMA names it: `MEDICAMENTOS`, `ALIMENTOS`, `COSMETICOS`, `MEDICO QUIRURGICOS`, `REACTIVO DIAGNOSTICO`, `REACTIVOS IN VITRO`, `BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS`, `ASEO Y LIMPIEZA`, `SUPLEMENTO DIETARIO`, `BIOLOGICOS`, `HOMEOPATICOS`, `FITOTERAPEUTICO`, `ODONTOLOGICOS` or `PLAGUICIDAS`. Case and accents are ignored. - `status` string: Optional status as INVIMA states it: `vigente` (in force) or `vencido` (expired). When one registration covers several, the most frequent; `products` lists them all. - `products` string[], required: Every product name the registration covers. - `product_group` string, required: INVIMA's product group, e.g. `MEDICAMENTOS`, `ALIMENTOS`, `COSMETICOS`, `MEDICO QUIRURGICOS`, `REACTIVO DIAGNOSTICO`. - `directorate` string, nullable, required: The INVIMA directorate that oversees the product, e.g. `DIRECCIÓN DE COSMÉTICOS`. - `status` string, required: `Vigente` (in force) or `Vencido` (expired), as INVIMA states it. - `issued_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the registration was issued. Null when INVIMA records no date. - `expires_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the registration expires or expired.
