# INVIMA Registration

`POST /co/invima/registration/v1`

Retrieve one sanitary registration of INVIMA (Colombia) by its file number (expediente), the `id` of a search result, e.g. `20190868`: the registration number, status, issue and expiry dates, holder, product group, modality, every product name it covers and every company or person in a role on it (manufacturer, importer, packager, attorney, legal representative, pharmacist). Find a file number with `invima_registrations_search`.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `file_number` string, required: The INVIMA file number (expediente) that identifies the registration, e.g. `20190868`.

      - `product` string, nullable, required: The product's name as registered. When one registration covers several, the most frequent; `products` lists them all.
      - `products` string[], required: Every product name the registration covers.
      - `product_group` string, required: INVIMA's product group, e.g. `MEDICAMENTOS`, `ALIMENTOS`, `COSMETICOS`, `MEDICO QUIRURGICOS`, `REACTIVO DIAGNOSTICO`.
      - `directorate` string, nullable, required: The INVIMA directorate that oversees the product, e.g. `DIRECCIÓN DE COSMÉTICOS`.
      - `status` string, required: `Vigente` (in force) or `Vencido` (expired), as INVIMA states it.
      - `issued_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the registration was issued. Null when INVIMA records no date.
      - `expires_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the registration expires or expired. Null when INVIMA records no date.
      - `holder` string, nullable, required: The holder (titular) of the registration, as registered.
      - `modality` string, nullable, required: How the product reaches the market, as INVIMA states it, e.g. `FABRICAR Y VENDER` or `IMPORTAR Y VENDER`.
      - `risk_level` string, nullable, required: The risk class, where the group has one (devices and reagents): `I`, `IIa`, `IIb` or `III`.
      - `uses` string, nullable, required: The intended use, where INVIMA records one.
      - `shelf_life` string, nullable, required: The shelf life as INVIMA records it, e.g. `5` or `5 AÑOS`.
      - `parties` object[], required: Every company or person in a role on the registration: manufacturers, importers, packagers, attorneys, legal representatives, pharmacists.
        - `role` string, required: The role as INVIMA names it, e.g. `FABRICANTE`, `IMPORTADOR`, `ACONDICIONADOR`, `APODERADO`, `REPRESENTANTE LEGAL`, `QUIMICO FARMACEUTICO`.
        - `name` string, required: The company or person in that role, as registered.
      - `entries` number, required: How many rows INVIMA's list carries for this registration (one per product name and role holder).

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
