Browse the Diario Oficial, the gazette where Colombian law takes effect: every issue the Imprenta Nacional lists, from number 23,962 of 2 January 1939 to this week's, by number, edition and publication date.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `number` string: Optional Diario Oficial issue number. The thousands separator is ignored, so `53.609` and `53609` match the same issue.
  - `edition` 'any' | 'ordinaria' | 'extraordinaria' | 'especial' | 'oficio_tributario' | 'otra': Edition: `ordinaria` (the daily edition), `extraordinaria`, `especial`, `oficio_tributario`, `otra`, or `any`.
  - `published_from` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `published_to` string, date: Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-50).

      - `number_key` string, required: The same number with the thousands separator dropped ("53.609" becomes "53609"). Filter on this to match an issue whichever way the caller writes it.
      - `edition` 'ordinaria' | 'extraordinaria' | 'especial' | 'oficio_tributario' | 'otra', required: `ordinaria` (the daily edition), `extraordinaria`, `especial`, `oficio_tributario`, or `otra`. Almost every issue is ordinaria.
      - `published_at` string, nullable, required: `yyyy-mm-dd` the issue was published.
      - `official_url` string, required: The Diario Oficial search, where the issue can be opened by its number.
