IGAC's cadastral statistics for one municipality of Colombia, whoever administers its cadastre, per zone and reporting year since 2017: the sum of every property's avalúo catastral (`appraisal_total`, pesos), the number of properties, built and land areas, the years of the last urban and rural updates and the cadastre's status. Optionally one `year` or one `zone`. Served by Croma.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `municipality_code` string, required: Five-digit DANE code of the municipality, e.g. `17013` for Aguadas or `52001` for Pasto.
  - `year` integer: Optional reporting year, e.g. `2025`. Omit it for every year IGAC reports.
  - `zone` '' | 'urban' | 'rural': Optional: `urban` or `rural`.
