# IGAC Buildings by Property

`POST /co/igac/buildings-by-property/v1`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.croma.run`
- URL: `https://api.croma.run/co/igac/buildings-by-property/v1`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List the buildings (construcciones) IGAC's cadastre draws on one property, by its 30-digit cadastral number: each with its letter, type (`CONVENCIONAL` or `NO CONVENCIONAL`), ownership regime, floors, basements, mezzanines and footprint as GeoJSON in WGS84. About 3.8 million buildings. Served by Croma.

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

## Headers

- `Idempotency-Key` string

## Request body

- object
  - `cadastral_number` string, required: The 30-digit número predial nacional, e.g. `170130001000000010001000000000`. Spaces, dots and hyphens are ignored.

    - `as_of` string, nullable, required: How current the data in this response is.
    - `cadastral_number` string, required
    - `count` number, required
    - `buildings` object[], required

      - `cadastral_number` string, required: The property's número predial.
      - `parcel_code` string, nullable, required: The parcel (terreno) the building stands on.
      - `identifier` string, nullable, required: The letter that tells the buildings of one property apart (`A`, `B`, ...).
      - `construction_type` string, nullable, required: `CONVENCIONAL` or `NO CONVENCIONAL`.

      - `municipality_code` string, required
      - `part_count` number, required
      - `geometry` object, nullable, required: The feature's geometry as GeoJSON in WGS84, exactly as IGAC draws it; referential, it does not certify boundaries.
        - `type` string, required: `Polygon`, `MultiPolygon`, `LineString`, `MultiLineString` or `Point`.
        - `coordinates` unknown, required
      - `geometry_url` string, nullable, required: Set when the geometry is too large to carry inline (a rural zone can run to tens of MB): the same GeoJSON geometry, kept by us, and `geometry` is null.
