Multidimensional poverty (IPM) of each of Colombia's 1,122 municipalities from the 2018 census (DANE), by total, cabecera and rural, with the fifteen deprivations behind it (illiteracy, informal work, health insurance, water, overcrowding...). Filter by DIVIPOLA code (a municipality, or every municipality of a department) or by name. Served by Croma (`as_of` says how current the data is).

**Dataset endpoint**: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries `as_of`.

  - `territory_code` string: Optional DIVIPOLA code: 2 digits for a department (`44`), 5 for a municipality (`44001`).
  - `query` string: Optional words of the municipality's name, e.g. `riohacha`.
  - `page` integer: 1-based page number for paginated results.
  - `per_page` integer: Results per page (1-500).
