# Contaduría State Delinquent Debtor Records

`POST /co/contaduria/state-delinquent-debtors/v1`

## Request

Check whether a person or entity is a delinquent debtor to the Colombian State, from the Contaduría General de la Nación's register (Boletín de Deudores Morosos del Estado). Returns two verdicts: delinquent debt owed to the State (Ley 901 de 2004) and default on a payment agreement (Ley 1066 de 2006). `document_type` defaults to `CC`.

Supports async delivery: set `Prefer: wait=N` for an inline result, pass `callback_url` to receive a POST when ready, or poll `GET /jobs/{id}`.

  - `document_type` 'CC' | 'NIT' | 'TI' | 'CE' | 'PA' | 'RC' | 'PPT': Colombian document type. Defaults to `CC`.
  - `document_number` string, required: Document number (alphanumeric with hyphens allowed).
  - `callback_url` string, uri: POST the job result here when it finishes.

      - `message` string, required: Verbatim message the source prints for this section.
    - `incumplimiento_acuerdos` object, required: Incumplimiento de acuerdos de pago (Ley 1066 de 2006).
      - `reported` boolean, required: true when the document IS reported in this section; false when clean.
      - `message` string, required: Verbatim message the source prints for this section.
    - `checked_at` string, nullable, required: Consultation timestamp from the source (ISO 8601 UTC), or null if absent.

## Other responses

- `202`: Accepted — the result is being computed asynchronously. Poll `job.status_url` (GET /jobs/{id}) or supply `callback_url` to have the result POSTed to you. Returned when `Prefer: wait` elapses before completion, or immediately when `callback_url` is set.
- `400`: Invalid request body
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: Internal error
- `502`: Upstream source returned an error
